Nurture and Restore

Join us at Purple Shore Wellness for a day-long retreat immersed in nature above the ocean that will help you find a slowness and stillness to nurture and restore your body, mind, and heart. You will be guided in gentle yoga and somatics, Qigong, meditation reflective writing, and yin yoga.

This retreat is designed to reconnect you to your body and spirit through the careful slowing down of the nervous system with intentional movement, breath, and internal noticing. It is an opportunity to return and reconnect with the essence of yourself, and find a harmonious and aligned state of being. In a world that seems to be moving faster everyday, with the chaos of unstable structures all around us, taking a day out to return to this more natural way of presence and being is a form of compassionate and necessary resistance. Offerings for this retreat include:
*Gentle yoga and somatic movement, Qigong, guided meditation with reflective writing, and yin yoga.
*Organic, vegetarian, farm-to-table lunch, morning and afternoon treats, tea and coffee are provided for your nourishment.
